Online reservations are non-refundable, so if your plans change we can't cancel or refund the booking. Please check your dates before you book. If something goes wrong on our side, we'll offer you another place or a full refund.

No, tourist tax isn't included in the price. Each town sets its own rate, and it's charged separately. Adults pay the full rate, guests aged 12 to 18 pay half, and children under 12 pay nothing. We send you the amount with a payment link, or you can pay on arrival.
